    We are using Himalayan traditional methods, Harness the power of your breath to relieve stress, stay present and establish your inner calm. The mindful breathing brings forth your attention to the natural rhythm and flow in each inhalation and exhalation in your body, creating an anchoring moment when you are carried away by any negativity. Levels: Suitable for all levels.
